In June 2018, WalZinc acquired 100% of the Moura-Ficalho zinc project in Portugal and has started a 3 year exploration program to upgrade and extend the project’s substantial historical non-JORC resources.

In addition to its Moura-Ficalho project, WalZinc has built up a large geological database covering most countries in Europe. We identified a number of other opportunities in historical mining areas of Belgium, Germany, Scandinavia, … WalZinc applied for exploration permits over some of these projects and is preparing applications for others.
